Although it was my third lesson, I felt out of sorts when I turned up to the lesson today and it really drove home the message that every time is different and to approach each lesson as a separate entity. I started doing Tai Chi as a way of improving my balance and awareness of the world around me but I’ve already noticed little improvements like my posture has started correcting itself. I don’t feel embarrassed when doing the moves but I am aware of my body, particularly my arms and it has been a struggle to tap into the flow sometimes.
