Strum peepa “dance” / repeater
- first part followed by watching, copied what I saw
- somewhere towards the end I let go and followed what I felt to be doing
- corrections / making things differently / aware of stuff
- attention went down on both feet
- gkwa applied when right arm gets raised (while turning the body before turning – before pushing) => right knee is not fully stretched
- before letting go the pushing arm (right), the hip movement has an emphasis towards left => right knee / leg gets stretched out
- I feel something lacking when the pushed palm / wrist is straightened – flattened (weight or something I need to work it out)
- something is different now when I pull the arm, the left leg / foot is dragged (heel lifted, only toe on the ground), some slight body movements raise the left knee and leg
- HERE is something: the body is straightened first, arms are distancing then body moves naturally towards right / natural orientation
