Sahaja Yoga: Spontaneous Union

“Whatever you do, do it with the faith that you have in worshiping, the zeal of a warrior and the sensitivity of an artist.” Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is meant for anyone who wishes to find his or her true self; filled with peace, joy in life and love for others. It is not just a book or a set of exercises but a living science that will open up to you gradually as your meditations become deeper and your experiences become more fulfilling.
Sahaja Yoga was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.

  1. SY Meditation yesterday {with sifu}
My mind was wide as the sky.
After a while of complete blackness, a blackness like velvet, I saw electric blue light (nothing like I have seen before, very vivid and bright), as small pulses, which appeared and disappeared in less then a second.
Then this light continuously changed its shape, colour and movement. It moved in an irregular and fluid pattern – something like aurora borealis. The colours were mainly electric blue and electric green.
    Thank you so much,
    Laura

  2. Subject: The better answer?

    Aron at Hand Method
Question: How to shift weight when the feet are parallel (on the inside line) in cases of Fist pound earth / Jade Maiden styles? (it does not come naturally)
Sifu’s Answer: Your question is a thought from your conscious focus, asking for a precise or technical answer. According to the structure of the question, Yes, there is a specific answer. But such an answer as demanded by your question would not be the highest possible answer that Sifu could give you?
Whereas a technical answer would instruct you on the physical, external technique at the level of Hand Method, the better answer would be to ask you to follow Mother, to follow the All-Pervading Power as She guides you.
Whereas the technical answer requested by your question would give you an exact answer, like a fixed shape of an external mould, the Sahaj answer would ask you to follow the Way, to practise following the Way, to actualize surrender. It is patient following, rather than the demanding way: practise with patience.

Remark: When I lead you I may be performing to the best of my ability, if your question is triggered by watching me, please ask yourself:
    a) is there a difference between your level and Sifu’s level?
    b) is it possible that Sifu might have practiced surrendering longer than you to the Tao of Yuan-Chi?

  3. By applying the eye technique.. the attention is much more steady, thoughts cease easier, the mental process of analyzing things just stops. What do I/You gain? The present: being Here, In The Moment. At this point the subtleties of Tai-Chi show up.

Shri Mataji taught us to purify our eyes and Agnya chakrum by watching her picture (Agnya) through candlelight, which holds the attention steady and purifies it. Similar thing happens when applying the step “eyes f..h..” in Yuan-Chi Tai Chi Chuan.
