“Whatever you do, do it with the faith that you have in worshipping, the zeal of a warrior and the sensitivity of an artist.” Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is meant for anyone who wishes to find his or her true self; filled with peace, joy in life and love for others. It is not just a book or a set of exercises but a living science that will open up to you gradually as your meditations become deeper and your experiences become more fulfilling.
Sahaja Yoga was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, (also known as Nirmala Srivastava). It begins with the awakening of the subtle spiritual energy of Kundalini which usually lies dormant in the sacrum in three-and-a-half coils. This spontaneous awakening of Kundalini begins the inner journey of Self-discovery.
Sahaj means ‘spontaneous’ or ‘inborn’ and yoga translates as ‘union’ (with the Divine or all-pervading power). Sahaja Yoga is ‘the method of divine union through yoga which everyone is born with’.
Sahaja Yoga is practised all over the world free of charge. Self-realization is the birthright of every human being.
The Tao is called the Great Mother:
empty yet inexhaustible,
it gives birth to infinite worlds.
It is always present within you.
You can use it any way you want.

Is there a difference between a discipline and a discipline that is an art?
Further,
Is it different again where the artistic discipline is also a science?
Beyond that,
What if this art-science discipline is Authorized, is Graced by the All-Pervading Energy?

Zheng Man-Ching form/dance today.
..Following Sifu I noticed that his steps and stances were easy.. Speed was more variable or spontaneous.
After finishing Sifu maintained effortless pose and recited the prayer/poem Tad Niskala by Adi Shankaracharya:
“I am Eternal bliss and Awareness, I am Shiva I am Shiva.”
Comparing Sifu’s Dance with this eternal poem.. the two things were the same.

Sifu thanks for the wonderful lessons via SKYPE ..
…at the end of the lesson earlier I could not even speak a single word in English. My mind went blank and entered into a state of deep meditation.
After the lesson I did three times the “middle-aged snake” and then I sat in meditation; it was difficult to come out of this state.
Every day I feel stronger and more detached and in peace and this gives me the clarity to see everything very well.
